Our beloved chile-in-oil salsas, also known as salsa macha, now available for your home pantry. Since the beginning at Taco María, these salsas accompanied the tacos at lunchtime, were added as finishing touches on the dinner menu, and were available to anyone who requested additional heat. At home, we recommend them on eggs at breakfast, on grilled meats and frijoles de la olla, or stirred into just about anything. As seen in The New York Times

• All salsas are sold in 9-oz jars and are shelf-stable for at least 6 months.

• All salsa orders are shipped via USPS. For the best return on investment in shipping costs, we recommend purchasing at least two jars!

• Separation is natural after shipping or storage. Stir well before each use.
