Line Cook or Prep Cook

(full-time)


You are dedicated to your craft as a career. You are organized and meticulous. You are humble and curious. You are focused and thoughtful, but fast, clean, and productive. You are a student - you have a beginner's mind - regardless of your experience. You live for great ingredients, technique, and flavor. Above all, you like to cook for and with others.

You will: Show up on time to prep your station. Help others with their prep. Take lead of your station during service. Know everyone else's station. Taste everything. Keep the kitchen clean and organized - before, during, and after service. 


Server or Backserver
(part- or full-time)

You are: A smart, professional, sociable restaurant person who shares our goals of providing exceptional, artful service -- and you are willing to work hard to make great tips doing it. Previous experience in fine-dining is preferred, as is knowledge of local restaurants, regional cuisines, beer, and wine.

You will: Learn the food, drinks, and Standards of Service. Welcome guests and attend to their needs. Assist with inventory and dining room/bar setup and clean-up. Execute our Standards of Service while working the floor. Work with the Owners, Maitre d', Servers, and Hosts to improve our Standards of Service every day. 



Host
(day-time, full- or part-time)

Above all, you are kind, courteous, and mature. You understand restaurants and dining-out. You have empathy towards strangers - you can make them feel welcome and comfortable. You can solve problems with grace and composure. You are a smart, effective communicator. You have excellent computer, phone, and office skills. You restaurant experience and a clean, stylish, professional appearance.

You will: Welcome guests in-person, by email, and by phone. Be the gate-keeper. Care for the reservation book and assist guests in planning to dine with us. You will embody our core values and welcome guests, attend to their needs, and answer their questions. You will execute our Standards of Service while assisting on the floor. Work with the Owners, Maitre d', Servers, and Hosts to improve our Guest Services and Standards of Service every day.



Dishwasher
(part- or full-time)

You are fast, careful, and clean. As dishwasher you are responsible for cooking tools, supplies, glassware, and dishes and the organization of safe storage of each. You will take responsibility for the washing area, equipment, supplies and systems and help the staff maintain a sanitary and efficient workspace.
